     Sija Rose is an Indian actress who mostly appears in Malayalam and Tamil films. Sija completed her schooling from Al Wadi Al Kabir in Muscat, Oman. Initially, Sija Rose wanted to pursue journalism following her father’s footsteps. She completed her graduation from Mumbai. Srija was in Kerala for holidays after completing her graduation. Sija got opportunities for modelling and television commercials.

    Sija was modelling for major brands in Kerala before appearing in films. She is known as Rakshita in Sandalwood industry and also known as Siju, Sreeja and Shija. The film Magadi released in 2012 was her debut venture in Kannada. Sija played a small role as Dulquar Salman's sister in her first Malayalam film Ustad Hotel. She made her debut in Tamil with the movie Kozhi Koovuthu playing a role of a village girl named Thulasi in the year 2012.

    Traffic is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language roadthriller film directed by Rajesh Pillai. It is a remake of the 2011 Malayalam film of same name. Originally written by brothers Bobby and Sanjay, the film's screenplay has been adapted into Hindi by Suresh Nair, while the dialogues were written by Piyush Mishra.[3]

    The cinematography is handled by Santhosh Thundiyil and Anishlal R S, the music is composed by Mithoon. The film features an ensemble cast consisting of Manoj Bajpayee, Jimmy Sheirgill, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, Divya Dutta, Amol Parashar, Jishnu Raghavan and Richa Panai.

    The film was released on 6 May 2016 to positive reviews.[4] Director Rajesh Pillai and actor Jishnu Raghavan died prior to the release of the film.
