In December , Frankie Muniz, the star behind the titular character, confirmed a reboot could be possible under one condition.

Speaking on actress Mayim Bialik's podcast Breakdown, the star admitted that he watched the show for the first time ever about 10 years ago.

"It was really interesting to watch because I really got to watch it as a viewer," he explained.

Frankie said his perspective of the show completely changed.

"I think I Tweeted 'I'd love to know where Malcolm and his family are now,'" which led to the cast talking.
